CBC And ABCC Open Entries For The Recycling And Updating Course Of Arbitrators

First course of 2017 happens in August for road cycling arbitrators

The Brazilian Cycling Confederation (CBC) and the Brazilian Association of Cycling Commissioners (ABCC) promote from next month in Maringá (PR), recycling and updating courses for cycling arbitrators. Registrations are free.

The first encounter takes place between the 25th and 26th of August and will be specific to the discipline of road cycling. The general objective will be to create opportunities for the current Brazilian cycling umpires to rise level, as well as recycling the arbitrators already formed. The upcoming courses will be disseminated on the Confederation’s website as soon as they have the dates confirmed.

The course will be administered by the instructors Iverson Ladewig and Elaine Siridakys, both international arbitrators of the International Cycling (UCI). Participants will go through theoretical discussions and practical evidence and writing of specific knowledge of the regulations of the Cycling International Union (UCI).

For the participants in the course, the Confederation will provide accommodation for the first 8 male inscriptions and 8 female (the interested should bring cover and towel clothing). All food and lodging expenses (for persons who are not in the lodging) will be the sole responsibility of the candidates via mbakecheng.

How to participate?

To participate in the course, applicants must read the general information file (file link) and fill in the registration form (link of the registration form), which should be forwarded to the e-mail elaine@cbc.esp.br. The arbitrators who are not linked to ABCC should submit a cycling arbitration course (preferably road) in PDF and send along with the inscription.

The participation of leaders (Federation or clubs) or federated cyclists will not be permitted. This will be an exclusive opportunity for arbitrators or candidates for cycling arbitrators.
